2025 Youth Leadership Training Application

Due to limited space and high demand, this year’s training will use an application process to determine attendees. Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot.

Please complete this application by Friday, November 7th

After review, groups will be notified of their selection status and the number of rooms awarded. Selected groups must then complete the Attendee Information Form to provide participant details.

This training is open to Ohio teens in grades 9–12 and their adult allies. Each group may apply for up to four rooms (including adult rooms), accommodating up to 12 youth. We recommend bringing at least three students for the best experience. Attending adult allies are responsible for their students the entirety of the training. Thanks to funding from the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health, most costs are covered. Selected groups will only pay $75 per room.

ROOM REQUEST
Each group may apply for up to four rooms, including the adult room(s). The rooms contain two queen sized beds, sleeping up to two adults or up to four youth per room if students share beds.

Each group must have at least one adult advisor present. This advisor is responsible for supervising their students throughout the entire training.

Rooming Guidelines:
- Students of opposite gender identities may not share a room
- Adults may not share rooms with students
