Thank you for your interest in bringing a group of students to Youth to Youth International's 2026 Summer Conference!
To ensure the best experience for all youth participants, we require all participants to attend with a group. Each group must have at least one adult ally that attends the entirety of the conference (including overnight). The attending adult will be responsible for all of their students and should be someone familiar to them.
WHAT DOES COMPLETING THIS APPLICATION DO?
This application does not guarantee or hold your spots at conference. All participants must still complete the Participant Registration Form and payment must be received prior to conference.
This form allows your group's name and point of contact information to be added to the registration form, enabling your group's participants to register with your group and allowing your point of contact to receive an email each time a participant registers. Please allow up to 1 business day of completing this form for your group's name and point of contact information to be added to the registration.
After you have submitted this form, you will be sent a fillable pdf flyer for you to enter your group's information and share with attendees to help them register.
ATTENDING ADULT ALLY
The adult ally must attend the entirety of the conference: July 8 - 11, 2026.The adult ally will be responsible for facilitating your group of participants from your community during Youth Action Group (YAG) time. This is an important time of the conference when participants regroup with their own community to create a plan of action to take home. We will be providing you with all the materials you will need to facilitate these groups.
The adult ally will also serve as a chaperon for your group's participants. We will be doing nightly dorm check-ins, but you are ultimately responsible for the youth from your community.
